By accessing or using YachtTracer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Subscription and Payment

YachtTracer is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal - access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Use of the Service

You may use YachtTracer to mark up and annotate floorplans for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Data and Privacy

Your floorplans and annotations are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We do not access, share, or sell your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.

5. Limitation of Liability

YachtTracer is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
